Meet the chef
I'm Tamara, private chef at the coast of Oaxaca. I have a passion for creating plant-forward dishes with Mexican local ingredients. That means my focus is on using fresh, whole ingredients to create delicious, healthy meals that put plants at the center of the plate. I believe that food should be both nourishing and satisfying. With my contemporary twists on Mexican dishes, I'm always exploring new ways to showcase the incredible flavors and textures of the region's diverse produce. With this project I want to keep connecting more with this beautiful country and creating space to honor the flavors of Mexico.
